Sorry, Brad (ford Pear Tree)

In the previous post I said. "We didn't have this much color around our place this year." Today, as I approached the house on my way home from school, this was what I noticed. Okay, so the other trees just dropped their leaves, but this one got all decked out for us!

    It seems strange that one tree held onto its leaves so long. Pretty though!

    Those trees that are still hanging on to their leaves are absolutely gorgeous. I love the deep, deep, bronze, golds, and oranges. Too bad I was too sick to take my camera along when I was out today.

    What a beautiful tree! We have 2 of the Cleveland pear trees which also still have their leaves, but they don't change to the pretty color like this one...ours are green.
